I have always loved working with seniors right from the beginning of my professional career as a physical therapist 42 years ago and I have been teaching seniors how to move again ever since.
Seniors just want one thing: to stay healthy in order to stay independent. When a health crisis does come, there is no other group of people who work as hard, or as persistently, as seniors just to get better. Along the way I always hear a joke or a story, get a smile, and watch the senior encourage their fellow senior to keep working harder.
