How to return an in app purchase from storm8 vampires live?

My little bro has vampires live and as he was scrolling down he accidentally pressed a "buy now" button. The item is in his inventory and has not been used. How can we return the 5 dollar item so it won't pop out as a home bill.

There are no refunds for those apps, any apps. It's in the fine print.

But you can make a fuss about it.... Like that Smurfs app that I read about a month ago --> http://www.mobile-ent.biz/news/read/smurfs-village-attracts-parent-complaints-over-in-app-payments They received refunds because little kids abused it and bought a lot of them. It's supposed to ask for a password when you purchase something in the app with actual money, but they don't always require a password. That's why they were given a refund.
