How do you force Steam to download/update from a particular content server?

Question by PieMachine: How do you force Steam to download/update from a particular content server?

I live in Australia and get the downloads unmetered as long as they come from a South Australian content host. I've set the download preference in Steam to South Australia, but it still downloads from other servers outside the state. Is there any way to force it to download from the one I want?
